A medico-legal report from the Quezon City Police District\u2019s Forensic Unit said the 23-year-old model sustained only nonfatal external injuries. Forensic examiners also noted organ congestion, including fluid in her lungs and a congested heart, findings consistent with early assessments suggesting possible cardio-respiratory distress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police Capt. Michael Aar\u00f3n Alcantara, who conducted the examination on Tuesday, said the cause of death remains \u201cundetermined\u201d pending toxicology and histopathology tests.
